　　北京冬奥会的各项比赛如火如荼，各代表队运动员在赛场上突破自我、挑战极限。他们当中，不少人与我同龄，也有相当一部分还不到20岁。2月8日那天，我透过电视直播，看到18岁的中国选手谷爱凌淡定自信，伴随着“向左偏轴转体1620”的稳稳落地声，她站上了冬奥会自由式滑雪大跳台女子项目的最高领奖台。那一刻，我的心似被她展现的青春力量深深震撼和感召，不禁思考：作为一名在校大学生，我该如何提高自己青春的成色？

　　青春，当报效祖国。不论是在短道速滑项目上摘金夺银的任子威和李文龙，还是在单板滑雪男子坡面障碍技巧项目上书写中国冬奥历史的苏翊鸣，他们都在为国争光中实现了人生价值，展现了当代年轻人的速度、激情和力量。他们给了我深刻的启示：不论是内地的运动健将，还是香港的当代青年，只有把握时代赋予的机遇，把理想和奋斗与祖国的发展、国家的荣誉紧密相联，才能获得更深沉的发展动力，也才能让自身的青春乃至整个人生，更有底气、价值和分量。

　　青春，当提升实力。如我一样风华正茂的青春少年，之所以能在世界冰雪舞台上，完成了冬奥会“填补空白”的使命，为中国体育运动发展写下崭新的历史，正是在于他们的勤学苦练和卓越实力。作为一名在校大学生，我应该勤于学业，善于思考，把自己的发展与未来定位于大湾区，放眼于广袤的内地空间结合起来，尤其是在自己所学专业的基础上，努力将科技创新的最新成果加以应用，致力于解决大湾区金融网络互联互通的“最后一公里”难点和痛点问题，为香港的发展、“一国两制”事业，做出应有的贡献。

　　青春，当笑对挫败。奥运赛场上，运动员今日的成功无不是战胜了无数昔日种种挫败与困难，从胜利中收获更多自信，从挫折中汲取成长的养分，竞技体育的起起伏伏，考验着每位选手向上攀登的勇气和意志。赛场上的每一次突破都在为传承积蓄能量，都印刻着他们对梦想的不懈追求。对于包括我在内的香港青年来说，在实现理想的过程中，也会遇到这样或那样的困难和挫败，也要面临种种的挑战。但我们要学习奥运健儿笑对挫败的精神和心态，带着韧性一步步实现青春的价值。特别是在当下，香港青年更要带头响应政府号召，团结一心恪守防疫要求，为城市走出疫情困境出一分力。

　　阳和启蛰，品物皆春，北京冬奥会，让无数中国青年品味一个丰盈美好的春天；乳虎啸谷，万象更新，香江两岸，众多香港青年正带着梦想豪气，走向未来。

　　运动员是“外星人”

　　职业：ISI花式溜冰教练

　　作为ISI花式溜冰教练，我当然观看了冬奥比赛，而且一路看一路紧张，同时都有很多感想想表达。好似早几天结束的一个溜冰的团体赛，看到原来很多国家的水平提升了很多，而表现都好稳定，大家都做得好好，赛事精彩之余，亦让我很紧张。

　　日前，欣赏男单的决赛，拿第一名的运动员简直让大家觉得他是“外星人”，超越人类的极限，其实这个long programme时间更长，体能要好fit，技术上又要好好，演绎方式又要好好，加上本身动作编排都有一个高分数拿得到。

　　作为ISI花式溜冰教练，如果可以再次上堂的话，我都想和自己学生说“每一个运动都会有状态好或者不好的时候，很多因素令到你的表现有所影响，尽量做到自己最好，不要因为外在的事情，如别人的批评影响到自己的心理质素，而令到自己做得不好。”不过我知道这些都需要磨练，如果我教我的学生，我都希望他们可以参加多一点比赛，不单单是溜冰技术的进步，比赛后希望他们有所成长，可能是如何处理压力，脑筋懂得如何灵活一点，有一些动作miss了，会知道如何“执生”，如何处理余下的动作。

　　中国运动员金博洋，虽然最后他是拿第九名次，但他的表现非常之好，会见到他已经做了他要做的事，演绎上已经很好。我觉得，金博洋已尽力做到自己要做的事已经很满意。

　　充满爱与拚搏的北京冬奥

　　欣闻冬奥在北京举行，08北京奥运出生的我，既期待运动员的精彩表现，又担忧肆虐的新冠病毒。在持续关注东奥的过程中，我看到了宏伟壮观、美轮美奂的开幕式，看到了人工智慧、绿色科技的运用，看到了组织有序的现场保障，更看到了一场场紧张刺激、精彩纷呈的赛事。世界各国的运动员用爱与拚搏的精神，完美诠释了“同一个世界，同一个梦想”，完美诠释了我们一起向未来！

　　科技冬奥令人惊叹不已。食堂没有厨师和服务生，做饭、炒菜、送餐都由机器人承包，而且现点现炒，高效安全；启用机器人防疫，它们24小时不停地消毒，提醒没有戴口罩的人；采用最新摄像技术，能自动跟踪拍摄，配合航拍，360度无死角。

　　值得一提的还有绿色奥运，如把篮球馆改成冰球馆，将制冰产生的余热用作运动员生活用的热水。种种令我大开眼界的新鲜玩意──这些设备不但节省了人力、金钱，更最大限度地避免了人与人之间的接触。

　　此外，在自由式滑雪比赛中为中国夺金的谷爱凌，不论是性格还是言行上都给我很大感触。仅仅18岁就拿到了运动员梦寐以求的奥运金牌，相信她和其他运动员一样，付出了艰辛的努力，但没想到她竟也是不折不扣的学霸──据说她每日都有一个固定的时间表，将时间分配得很好，才能在繁忙训练外保持学业的高水准。这个刚刚踏入成年的运动员，在拿到冬奥金牌之前，已考入名牌大学。对此，她很自然地表示，“毕竟我知道我不能靠滑雪活一辈子”。

　　谷爱凌把坚持不懈、不断挑战更快更高的体育精神发挥在学习事物的过程里，是一种震撼人心的毅力。此外，现在青少年流行的美颜软体谷爱凌却不那么热衷，她觉得把真实的自己展现在别人面前，比修图更能让人眼前一亮。要知道，她那自信的笑容和气质已是美丽的代表。

　　谷爱凌是中国人和美国人的混血儿，在这次为中国夺金后，有些外国媒体对她恶意批判，谷爱凌坦诚表达了对两国支持的感谢，说体育运动是一种团结的力量，让运动员们一起挑战人类的极限，而非用于分裂彼此。这个讲法带给我许多深思。我想，面对复杂的国家关系，以包容、理解的态度更有利于帮助不同国人的相处。

　　我也希望自己能怀揣促进团结、理解的初衷，把感受到的爱和美好传递给更多人，在长大的过程中，努力促进不同国家、种族，甚至不同信仰人群间的沟通、理解和尊重，多做有助于打造包容、和谐共处的人类命运共同体的事。

　　The Beijing  Winter  Olympics 2022

　　I remember my first Olympic Experience. 

　　It was the summer of 2012. I was eight years old, lazing around during the summer holiday, flicking through the  TV  channels. As I swapped through the many programs, one caught my eye – The London Olympic Games. The TV was broadcasting  the men's 100m  final. I remember hearing the breathlessness of the announcers and the roar of the crowds. As the gun sounded, a symphony of chaos ensued. I recall losing myself in the excitement of the moment. As Usain Bolt  defended  his 100m title  with an Olympic record of  9.63, I wondered just how long it would be until my country would host the games again. 

　　Fast forward a decade, and the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics is steadily underway. Still ever the avid sports lover, in the past week having the television on has become a part of life. Despite the pandemic somewhat dampening this special event, I still find myself enchanted by the picturesque tracks the athletes ski on.  Many mixed emotions arise with the twist and turns of each event. Beneath the masks, most wear smiles of gold. 

　　This year's Olympics has barely started and already a hundred memories worth cherishing has blossomed. It would be ostentatious of me to prattle on about the intricacies of the sports given my amateurish knowledge, however one aspect everyone can find resonance with is the athlete's emotions. All humans feel some emotion, just as everyone's sacrificed something for a greater goal. No matter how superhuman athletes may feel, when they triumph or when things don't go as planned, we who lounge at home feel a part of ourselves cheer and commiserate alongside them. It's rather bizarre to find myself celebrating for an individual I learned of but a day ago basking in glory a thousand miles away, but such is the beauty of the Olympics – for a brief moment in time, the athletes' pride is our pride, and the athlete's loss is our loss. The Olympics connect us not just as spectators and athletes, but as humans. Especially in a year where we've all lost things both tangible and abstract to disease and pathogens, it's a touching reminder that despite being in solidarity, we can achieve unity. 

　　This Olympics also presents a much deeper sentiment, albeit a bit more selfishly. Ever since 1894, a total of 50 Olympic  Games  have been held. These host cities spread far and wide, ranging from 5 continents and 41 cities. However, among these esteemed countries lies the cream of the crop – those being countries that have hosted the Olympics twice. These include big names such as France, The United States, Japan, and the United Kingdom. Put simply, being able to host the Olympics is impressive; to be able to host it twice means widespread international recognition. Already China has staked her presence with the 2008 Summer Olympics. With its many timeless moments, to call it a success would be an understatement. With the Winter Olympics, China has cemented her legacy as a major powerhouse. To see my country arise from befuddlement and poverty to a standing worthy of respect and pride makes this a rather sentimental moment, not just for me but for over 1.4  billion people who call this country home. 

　　And so, the winter games continue. Watching the screen, I feel kindred to my eight-year-old self, watching my first Olympics again. While the crowds are absent, the anticipation and excitement are not. The emotions, both pain, and pride, leave as deep an impact as before, perhaps even more. While superstition may be a fool's errand, for the sake of hope, here's to Beijing reaching new heights and bringing to all, the best possible Olympics.
