•At/in full sail (idiom) -

(Of a ship) moving quickly with its sails full of wind; progressing well and showing a lot of success or power.(满帆,进展顺利)

Examples:  

1.We made good time going at full sail.  

2.The theatre company is in full sail thanks to its new drama coach.

•Take on sth (phrasal verb) -

To begin to have a particular character, appearance or quality.(开始具有…呈现)

Examples:  

1.Our website is taking on a new look.  

2.Believing he had only a year to live, his writing took on a feverish intensity.

•Unicorn (noun) -

独角兽,原为神话传说中的一种难得一见的动物。美国风险投资专家艾琳.李(Aileen Lee)在2013年首次用来指成立不到10年但估值10亿美元以上而又未在股票市场上市的科技初创公司,因为如此成功者在衆多的初创企业中比较罕见。

•Grasp the nettle (idiom) -

To force yourself to take on a difficult problem directly and energetically. (迎难而上)

Examples:  

1.The government should grasp the nettle of inflation.  

2.You've been putting off making that phone call for days -

    I think it's about time you grasped the nettle!

•Carry sth forward (phrasal verb) -

To succeed or make progress with something.(发扬,推进) 

Examples:  

1.I thought of the plan, and my assistant carried it forward.  

2.The new team have to carry the work forward.
